  • Filling:
  • 8 egg whites
  • 5 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • Mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese
  • or
  • 1 container Bakers cheese with remaining egg yolks

Preparation

Step 1

Put flour into large bowl. Make a well.
Add egg whites and half of the milk to well.
Mix together to blend well adding milk as needed
to form soft but not sticky dough.

Roll dough into round ravioli size shapes, about 1/4 inch thick or less.
Spoon filling into center, fold and close. add water around rim so that dough sticks together. Press seems with a fork.

Boil for 5 minutes.

Serve: boiled, or fried in butter.
