Ingredients

  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage, brown and cut
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 slices bread cubes
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent

Preparation

Step 1

Cube bread. Place in casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.
