  • 8 White bread slices
  • 3 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Step 1

Preheat griddle to medium high temperature.

Break eggs into shallow bowl and whip until mixed well.

Add milk, salt and vanilla and mix well.

Dip bread (both sides) into mixture, then place on heated griddle. Cook until browned, cooking both sides.

Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar, butter or grape jelly.
