Ingredients
- 10 slices Peppridge Farm bread, buttered 1 side
- 12 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 1/2 c milk
- 1 sprinkle paprika
- 1 pound cooked and crumbled sausage, bacon or ham.
Preparation
Step 1
1 Butter bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Cut bread slices in quarters. Layer in bread in bottom, then cheese.
2 Alternate layers.
3 Blend eggs, milk & seasonings. Pour over bread.
4 Bake at 325° for 45 minute until browned and firm.
