Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/4 c chopped mixed herbs, parsley, chives, and dill
- 2-3 tbls horseradish
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
- 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
- EVOO, for drizzling
- watercress
- sliced tomato
- red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 pieces baguette 8-10" each, split

Step 1
Bake bacon in oven for 15-16 mins. In med bowl, mix sour cream, herbs, horseradish and garlic. Add lemon juice. and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, heat outdoor grill or cast iron skillet over med heat. Season steak with worcestershire, salt and pepper. Drizzle with evoo; cook to desired doneness, 6 mins a side for med rare; let rest 10 mins, slice against the grain. Divide baguette bottoms among plates, top with steak, watercress, tomatoes, bacon. Add baguette top, slathered with horseradish sauce
