Corn Bread Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box jiffy corn meal mix
  • 1 can kernel corn (drained)

Preparation

Step 1

1 Mix first three ingredients. Stir in corn. Add corn meal mix and stir until just moistened.
2 Bake in 1.5 or 2 quart greased casserole dish at 350° for 60 minutes.
