Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Jimmy Dean regular sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 20 Jalapeno Peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Using latex gloves cut 20 peppers in half longways and remove seeds. Fry the sausage and drain on paper towels. Break up the sausage into very small pieces.

While still hot add cream cheese and parmesan cheese.

Stuff the peppers and bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until slightly golden.
