Meat Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs Breakfast steaks
  • 1 pkg bacon
  • minced onion
  • mustard
  • dill pickles
  • 2 c. beef broth

Preparation

Step 1

1. Salt and pepper both sides of breakfast steaks.

2. Spread mustard on one side; add minced onion, slice of bacon, and pickle.

3. Roll up and use toothpicks to hold together.

4. Put in pre-heated pan with a little oil to lightly brown meat.

5. Place in crock pot with beef broth, squirt of mustard, salt, pepper, and left over onion.

6. Cook on low all day.
