Ingredients
- 1/4 c cornstarch
- 4 lg eggs
- 1 c heavy cream
- 2 cans (15.25 oz) whole-kernel corn
- 2 cans (14.75 oz) cream-style corn
- 1/3 c shopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp e. ground nutmeg & salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
Oven 350.
Coat 2 1/2 qt. shallow casserole w. nonstick spray
In lg bowl, whisk cornstarch, eggs and heavy cream til cornstarch is dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared casserole.
Bake 40 min. or til just firm and knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before serving. Garnish w. additional chives.
