Ingredients
- 2 Packages (3 oz. each) Strawberry Gelatin
- 1 C. Boiling Water
- 1 Small package frozen Strawberries
- 1 pint (2 Cups) sweetened Rhubarb (cook with a little water or use frozen Rhubarb
- 1 can (6 oz.) crushed Pineapple Undrained
- 1 8 oz.package of Whipped Topping
- 1 package of Cream Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Dissolve Gelatin in boiling water and add Strawberries, Rhubarb, and Pineapple, including juice.
2. (You may want to substitute fresh Strawberries that have been slightly sweetened.)
3. Pour Fruit and Gelatin mixture in large pan and let set.
