- 5 slices whole wheat bread
- 5 slices mozzarella
- 75 slices turkey pepperoni
- Sauce:
- 8 oz tomato sauce (no salt)
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp fennel seed
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp marjoram
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Toast bread slice. Add mozzarella slice. Spread 1/5 of sauce on top. Add 15 pepperonis. Microwave 20-30 seconds.
