Ingredients
- 4 pasteurized eggs
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 oz. chocolate chips, melted
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Whipped cream

Directions
Pour graham cracker crumbs on bottom of a dozen mini pie pins. Use an electric mixer to cream butter until it becomes fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla and chocolate chips. Mix until creamy. Add one egg at a time until well mixed. Pour on graham crackers for each tin. Top with whipping cream and chill overnight. Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
