Hot Dog Toasters

Makes 8 Toasters

Ingredients

• 8 Hot Dogs
• 8 Slices of Sandwich Bread
• 1/4 C. Butter
• Mustard
• 8 Slices of American Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place Hot Dogs into a saucepan with 1 cup of Water. Once it starts to boil turn heat down to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Place cookie sheet on counter.

2. Lightly Butter the first piece of Bread and lay with butter side down on the Cookie sheet. Now, lightly Butter the top side. Add a little Mustard, one slice of Cheese and a Hot Dog (placed catty cornered). Pick up the opposite corners of the bread and fasten with a toothpick. Repeat this procedure until all 8 are finished.

3. Broil (550 degrees) the Toasters 6 inches from the heat for approximately 2 minutes or until golden brown.
