Ingredients
- 1 6 oz. package Alaska snow crabmeat
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Thaw and drain crabmeat. Blend softened cream cheese, chives, garlic powder and salt. Fold in crabmeat. Shape into
log or ball. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
