Ingredients
- Pastry:
- 2 1/2 C. Flour
- 2 C. Brown Sugar (packed)
- 3/4 C. Butter
- Batter:
- 1 C. Sour Cream
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 t. Baking Soda
- 1 t. Baking Powder
- 2 T. finely Chopped Nuts
- 2 medium sized Peaches, Peeled and Sliced

Step 1
Pastry:
1. Mix the first 3 ingredients with a pastry blender til crumbly. Reserve 2/3 cup of mixture for topping.
Batter:
1. Add Sour Cream, Egg, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and beat thoroughly.
2. Butter an 8x8 inch Baking Dish and Cover the bottom of the Baking Dish with sliced Peaches, pour Batter over Peaches.
Pastry:
2. Add 2 T. of finely Chopped Nuts to Crumb mixture (see above in step 1), Sprinkle over top of Strudel.
3. Bake at 375 degrees or until prettily browned.
