Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 Hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 Tablespoon Mayonnaise (enough to moisten)
  • 1/2 tsp. Apple Cider or White Vinegar
  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil eggs in water for 10 minutes - Cool.

2. Peel eggshells then split eggs in half. Remove egg yolks.

3. In small bowl, mash yolks and mix in rest of ingredients.

4. Fill into eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
