Antipasto Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. medium shell macaroni
  • 1/2 lb. Provolone Cheese
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 can small green olives
  • 3 tomatoes cut bite size
  • 1 green pepper cut up
  • 3 celery stalks cut up
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar(to taste-can increase to 1 cup)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and chill overnight!
