Ingredients
- Ground Beef
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Red Bell Pepper
- Onion
- 1 tsp coconut aminos
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- garlic powder (to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Put 1-2 Tbsp cooking fat of choice into skillet
Add 1 medium onion, diced
Add 2 lbs ground meat
Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Cook 1-2 cups of vegetables per person
Place another 1-2 tbsp cooking fat in large skillet over medium-high heat
Add cooked ground meat and vegetables and season
