Ingredients
- 1 – 16 oz. jar mild salsa
- 1 can tomato puree (10 3/4 oz.)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 – 28 oz. bag frozen cheese ravioli, frozen
- 2 – 19 oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 C. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup sauce mixture in a lightly greased 2 quart oval or 11 X 7 baking dish. Top evenly with frozen cheese ravioli. Layer with black beans, chopped cilantro or parsley, green onions, and remaining sauce mixture; top evenly with shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
Bake, covered, at 350* for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover, and bake 5 minutes more. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
