Ingredients
- 2 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 C. margarine
- 3 Tbs. cocoa powder
- 2 Tbs. peanut butter
- 3 C. oats
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 C. milk chocolate chips

Directions
Cook sugar, milk, margarine, cocoa powder and peanut butter for 2 to 3 minutes in saucepan over medium heat. Remove from stove. Add vanilla and salt. Mix in oats. Place wax paper on pan. Drop spoonfuls of oats. Let it cool. Once cookies are cool, melt milk chocolate chips in microwave. Dip half of cookie in chocolate. Set cookies back on wax paper. Place in fridge until chocolate is firm.
