  • 1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Vingar

Directions
Bring Cream to boil keep stirring once boil add Vingar stir to right mix.
Have a bowl full with ice water to cool down pot.
Then pour into a cheese cloth in strainer with pot underneath.
Put in refrigerator for 24 hours.
