Ingredients

- 32 oz sliced peaches
- 32 oz chunk pineapple
- 3 10 oz jars cherries
- 3 Betty Crocker butter cake mix
- 3 large vanilla pudding mixes
- 2 cups oil; divided
- 12 eggs, divided
- 3 cups, can coconut; divided
- 3 cups chopped pecans; divided
Preparation
Step 1
* Start starter in glass container with lid; always stir with a wooden or plastic spoon; stir everyday; lay lid on top ( no metal ).
Day 1
Starting the starter
1 cup starter juices; add 2 1/2 cups sugar and 32 oz can sliced peaches and juice.
Day 10
Stirring everyday; using wooden or plastic spoon. Add 2 1/2 cups sugar and 32 oz can chunk pineapple and juice.
Day 20
Stirring everyday; using wooden or plastic spoon. Add 2 1/2 cups sugar and 3 10 oz jars marschino cherries and juice.
Day 30
Stirring everyday; using wooden or plastic spoon. Drain juice in glass jars; divide into 3 parts. Divide fruit in 3 parts; use glass, no metal.
Day 30
1 Betty Crocker Butter Cake mix, 1 large vanilla pudding mix, 2/3 cup oil, 4 eggs, 1 cup can coconut, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup fruit.
You will need to cook with all the fruit so that will be 3 of the above steps for all the fruit. The juices can be shared or put into refrigerator until ready to start again.
