Ingredients
- 8 ounces extra sharp cheddar cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 3 small thyme sprigs
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Big pinch of red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients in a small jar and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
