Ingredients
- 12-15 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled until cooked through
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 T butter
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, place cooked potatoes in the bowl and begin to mix/mashing them. Whip in all remaining indredients. Then transfer to a large casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated.
