Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Italian Sausage (Red and Sweet mixed)
  • Some beef or pork if you wish
  • 4 Cans Crushed Tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 3 Fresh Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon red pepper
  • 7 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Red Wine

Preparation

Step 1

Brown Sausage in some olive oil. Add garlic and cook for a couple minutes.
Add red wine – cook or a minute or so.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer for about 2 hours.
