Ingredients
- 2 lbs Italian Sausage (Red and Sweet mixed)
- Some beef or pork if you wish
- 4 Cans Crushed Tomatoes
- 3 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 3 Fresh Tomatoes
- 1/2 Teaspoon red pepper
- 7 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Red Wine

Preparation
Step 1
Brown Sausage in some olive oil. Add garlic and cook for a couple minutes.
Add red wine – cook or a minute or so.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer for about 2 hours.
