Slow Cooker Kielbasa Soup with Kale and White Beans

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Polish kielbasa links, sliced
- 2 (15.5-ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 5 cups chopped kale
- 6 cups chicken stock
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of your slow cooker. Stir to combine. It will appear as if there is too much kale in the bowl. As it cooks, the kale will wilt into the soup.
Cook on low for 7 hours. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
