Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef chuck (80%)
- 8 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
- 24 (2 inch) dinner rolls
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven - 350 degrees
1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix beef, cheese, mayo and onion soup mix.
2. Spread about a spoonful of beef mixture on bottom half of roll. Place top halves on, forming little sandwiches.
3. Place on baking sheet. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until meat is cooked through.
