FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE

Step 1

13x9x2 put in mixed beaten 8 eggs, 3 c milk, 4 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 3/4 tsp salt. Then cut 1 loaf Great Harvest Bread into 1 inch cubes. Place in pan, pour liguid over top. Cover and refigerate 8 hours or overnight. Remove from fridge 30 min before baking. Dot with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top. Cover and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with syrup.
