Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. chopped strawberries
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar
- 2 T. chopped walnuts
- 2 T. unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. mascarpone cheese or ricotta
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put the strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and chopped walnuts into the blender and puree.
2. Add the coconut flakes, heavy cream, and mascarpone or ricotta cheese and blend all ingredients together to desire texture.
3. Pour into molds and put sticks in place.
4. Freeze until solid
