Pomegranate Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Organic Coconut Butter
  • 0.5 cup Organic Coconut Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Peppermint Oil
  • 0.25 cup Pomegranate
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Line a dish that has a small lip with parchment paper, do not skip this step

Mix together coconut butter, coconut oil and peppermint oil

Transfer mixture to parchment lined dish and spread out evenly

Top with pomegranate arils and chocolate chips

Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until hardened before breaking into pieces

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator until ready to eat
