Grandmother Z’s Bacon Buns

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. canadian bacon - chopped
  • 1 lb. ham - chopped
  • 6-7 onions - chopped
  • 4 cans biscuits (8 per can - “Grands” reduced fat)
  • Bottle of Beer (optional)
  • Egg Wash

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Cook ham, bacon and onions in large fry pan (drain fat). Add ½ bottle of beer. Let cool.

2. Spilt each biscuit into 2 circles. Fill with teaspoon of filling. Seal then brush with egg wash.

3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
