Ingredients

  • Stir-Fry Mix:
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1 c. water chestnuts
  • 2/3 c. mushrooms (diced)
  • 3 tbsp. Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • Dipping Sauce:
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • Chili oil to taste
  • 2 . tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 . tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1/8 - 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 green onions diced
  • Hot mustard and chili paste to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix dipping sauce to taste and set aside. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and rice wine vinegar together for stir-fry sauce. Set aside.
2. heat wok to high, add stir-fry oil. Add ground chicken and brown, add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Stir-fry to cook through. Add stir-fry sauce and stir-fry for another 3 minutes or so.
2. serve hot with fresh cold butter lettuce leaves and dipping sauce.
