Ingredients
- 3/4 c butter (for dairy-free, use Earth Balance soy-based substitute)
- 3/4 c sugar (if using Truvia, 1/2 c)
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1/3 c. confectioners sugar for decoation
Preparation
Step 1
Soften butter and beat well. Add sugar and mix well. Add cocoa, vanilla and water. Then add oatmeal.
Shape into 36 balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Keep in refrigerator.
