Ingredients
- 1 can beer
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic (or 1/8 tsp. powdered)
- pepper to taste
- 1 pound pork chops
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown pork chops on both sides in frying pan.
Put sauce ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Put pork chops into a shallow bakin dish and cover with sauce. Then cover dish with tin foil.
Bakes for 90 minutes.
