Festive Gingerbread French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbs. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 loaf of gingerbread
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Powdered sugar

Add eggs, vanilla and milk to mixing bowl. Beat mixture. Cut gingerbread into thick pieces. Warm up a skillet over medium heat on stove and place butter. Dip each bread in mix until fully coated. Place slice on skillet and cook for a few minutes or until golden brown. Flip over and fry the other side for a few minutes. When done, sprinkle powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
