Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 c flour
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- Powdered Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate, stirring until smooth. Removed from heat; cool slightly. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. Stir in flour, sugar, nuts, baking powder, salt and eggs; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate at least 1 hour. Heat oven to 300 degrees, shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll each in powdered sugar, coating heavily. (Dough will be sticky, return to refrigerator as needed)
