Chocolate Chunk Skillet Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup (1 stick) butter
  • 3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 1/2 Cups gluten-free all purpose flour
  • 1/2 Tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. Melt the butter in an 8-inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in the brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla until combined. Add the egg and stir to combine. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and stir until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chunks.

3. Bake for 25 minutes or to desired degree of doneness. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
