Swiss Chicken

Incredibly easy main dish that looks like you spent much more time and effort than you really did! Cheesy gravy is wonderful on top of mashed potatos! My family loves this!

Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless breasts (raw and thoroughly thawed)
- 12 slices of Swiss cheese
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of Sauvignon Blanc white wine
- 1 small bag Peperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In 4.8qt Pyrex dish add:
6 skinless, boneless breasts (raw and thoroughly thawed)
top each with 2 slices of Swiss cheese
In separate bowl mix:
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of Sauvignon Blanc white wine
salt and pepper to taste
Pour over chicken
Top with Peperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
Cover with foil and bake 45-50 min @ 350°
Be sure to cook thoroughly!
Remove foil and brown crust 3-5 min.
Fabulous with mashed potatoes and green peas!
