• 1/2 cup tub-style light cream cheese, softened
• 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
• 1 tablespoon grated fat-free Parmesan cheese
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 24 (1/2-inch-thick) slices French bread baguette, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir until well blended.

Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture over 1 side of each toasted baguette slice.

Yield: 24 servings.
