Magic Dust Rub

This rub or blackening seasoning accompanies the Apple City BBQ Sauce recipe listed here on Key Ingredient. It is also wonderful on anything on the grill. Simple to make!

Ingredients

  • 5 tbl coarse ground black pepper
  • 5 tbl Paprika
  • 3 tbl chili powder
  • 3 tsp celery salt
  • 2-1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and store in air tight container in cool dry place. Great on anything on the grill. Lasts indefinitely. I usually double the recipe.
