BLINTZES SOUFFLE

Ingredients

  • 8 cheese blintzes, frozen
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Line the bottom of a greased casserole dish with blintzes.

Cover with melted butter.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over blintzes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until the top starts to brown.

Serve with sour cream and cinnamon or warmed fruit pie filling.

Note: Can be prepared one day in advance
Bake for 30-35 minutes the first day and then bake the remainder of the time prior to serving.
