Ingredients
- 2 pound cubed beef stew meat
- 4 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed Golden mushroom soup
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- salt, pepper and chopped garlic to taste
- 2 dollups of sour cream
- 2 bullion cube
- 1 packet of onion soup mix
- sauteed mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
1. Season the meat with salt and pepper. In slow cooker, combine the meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, bullion cube, onion soup mix, garlic and water.
2. Cook on Low setting for 5-6 hours, or on High setting for about 3-4 hours. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream and sauteed mushrooms 30 minutes before serving.
