Ingredients
- FROSTING:
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, soft
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. milk
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- food coloring
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls and press thumb into center to make indentation. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Frost when cool.
