Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Mixture should be smooth and consistency of thick cream. Heat iron-remove and dip into batter even with top of iron-cook until it releases itself and drops off into fat. Dip in confectionary sugar. Can be crispy by reheating.
