Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tblsp sugar
- 5 tblsp butter, melted
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (5.9oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (16oz) container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
- 6 (1.4oz) milk chocolate covered toffee bars, crushed and divided
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar. Add butter, stirring to combine. Press mixture evenly into bottom and up sides of a 9 inch deep dish pie plate. Bake for 8 minutes. Set aside ot cool.
3. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until smooth.
4. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth; let stand 2 minutes.
5. Add pudding mixture to cream cheese mixture, beating until smooth. Stir in whipped topping. Fold in 5 crushed toffee bars. Spoon mixture into crust. Sprinkle with remaining crushed toffee bar. Civer and chill for 4 hours before serving.
