Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken (1 1/2#)
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 2 medium carrots, sliced (1 C.)
- 2 medium stalks celery, chopped (1 C.)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 C.)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 C. chicken broth
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 3 T. cold water
- 1 C. broccoli
- 1 C. snow pea pods
- 6 C. chow mein nooodles

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Heat oil- add chicken and cook 5 min. until brown.
2. Place carrots, celery, onion, garlic, & chicken into slow cooker. Mix broth & soy sauce- pour over chicken.
3. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Mix cornstarch and water & add to cooker. Add broccoli and peas. Cook on high additional 15 min.
