Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake medium size
- 1 package vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 package plain gelatin
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pint whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
Break cake into bite size pieces and put in long pyrex dish
Make pudding as directed using the amount of milk above
Add gelatin that has been soaked in 1/4 cup warmed milk, letting cool to room temperature
Add 1/2 of the whipping cream
Pour/spoon over cake and set in refrigerator overnight or you can make in morning and serve in evening
'Cool' in squares
Serve with remainder of whipped cream
Garnish with red or green cherries or colored coconut
May make in layers of pudding and cake
