Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1-1/2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients.
In large, shallow non-aluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour marinade over steaks; turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove steaks; discard marinade. Grill or broil steaks to preferred doneness.
