Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs

Ingredients

  • 8 ozs. graham crackers,crushed (2cups)
  • 1 lb. conf. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. margarine (soft)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 oz. smooth peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all into large bowl-chill 1/2 hr. (tightly) shape into eggs. Chill for 2 hoours on waxed paper or cookie sheet

Chocolate Covering:

In top of double boiler, melt parrafin wax (1/2 block), add 12 oz. mini chocolate chips. Dip each egg with toothpicxs into chocolate and return to waxed cookie sheet. Dribble chocolate over hole from toothpick-can be frozen.
